Wholesale to Local Chefs

We are also proud to sell wholesale to local restaurants and chefs that are passionate about supporting small, sustainable farms. If you are a chef who would like to receive our weekly wholesale list, email Meredith directly at onesoilfarm@gmail.com.

Sustainable Farming Practices

We are passionate about constantly improving our farming practices in order to reduce our carbon footprint, improve the soil we grow in, and create a truly sustainable operation. We follow organic practices and are in the process of becoming a Climate Smart Certified Farm.

Building Queer Community

One Soil is founded and run by two queer women, and our farm is a home and gathering place for our beloved queer and gender-expansive family and community. We are joyfully building supportive, resilient queer community here in the rural South.

Jewishness Beyond Zionism

We are Diasporists - we believe that our homeland is where we are, and that safety comes from deep relationships and solidarity with Jewish and non-Jewish partners, right here in NC.

We are excited to offer this beautiful land that we steward as a space where our community can gather to remember and re-imagine Jewishness Beyond Zionism - what new beauty can bloom in this soil, from the seeds of our ancient wisdom, rituals and traditions?

If you're interested to read about Meredith's personal views and understanding of words like "Zionism" and "anti-Zionism", you can do so here.

At One Soil we welcome customers and visitors regardless of their position on Palestine, Israel, and Zionism. We ask that all participants treat others with respect.
